On 3/5/14 we hired Green Realty Properties to represent us, and I’m so glad we did! We were under pressure to sell our home quickly due to an out-of-state job transfer, and they were able to sell our Cooper City home within a very narrow time frame. We only had a 90 day window in which to prepare our home, market it, negotiate a sale, close, and ensure the funds were in our account for our moving expenses and next residence. We interviewed 6 agents, all with experience, but only Patty Da Silva, Broker and Chris Green, Realtor of Green Realty Properties, had a very specific marketing plan which was heads and shoulders above the rest. Their plan also included an on-call voice mail messaging system to ensure every inquiry would be attended to in real-time, and the marketing of our home was also strategized to attract a wide range of home buyers by maximizing the use of online technology. Needless to say, we could see they had a foolproof strategy. Throughout the process, Patty and Chris answered all our questions promptly. They kept true to their word, and with integrity marketed our property via many online resources. A professional Photographer was used to take photos to post. Patty educated us on sales in our area, and helped us set the asking price. They advised us how to prepare our home to garner the most offers. The day of our Open House, over 80 homebuyers came to look, and at least 12 offers as well as subsequent inquiries rolled in! Our house sold within a few days; an all-cash offer above the asking price. We left town with money in our pockets! What a relief!
