  Greater Denver Area I started as a sales associate in the Garden department and worked here during my schooling years at Regis University. I was approached many times to become a department supervisor, yet the timing wasn't right until a few years into my career. After working in almost all the merchandising departments and taking on cashiering and winning the yearly cashiers Olympics for the district, I decided to take the leap into leadership. I was a DS for 9 months before being promoted to Assistant Store Manager at the highest volume store in our state at the time. I was an ASM for the last 3 years, directly supervising anywhere from 50-80 people at a time.
