I have founded transport logistics company from the scratch. My company became one of the leader companies on the market. Starting from the very beginning about 5.2 million tons of cargo was transshipped and about 940 ships under the flags of 29 countries were handled. In the pre-war years, the annual turnover was more than 6 million USD. I believe these figures speak for themselves. My company service is highly appreciated by European trading companies: VAIntertrading (Austria), Carbones Holdings (Austria), Trafigura(Switzerland), Duferco(Switzerland), DP Trade (Switzerland), (Stemcor, U.K.), Mechel Service (Belgium). The company is also accredited with most of the European banks: BNP Paribas Suisse (Switzerland), Banque de Commerce et de Placements (Switzerland), UBS AG (Switzerland), Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (Switzerland), Credit Europe Bank (Netherlands), ABN Amro Bank (Netherlands), Rabobank (U.K.). Being in SCM business since 1994 I have got a great experience in physical SCM and understood unlimited development potential of this business lies in a field of digitalization. My first successful IT project was “Sea and land Container tracking system” on the AZSCO’s lines, which has been successfully integrated, operated and supported. Last years me and my team made the next step in business development - connection of physical and digital worlds by implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. Upon multilateral analysis, since 2020, we choose Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as the most suitable and advanced IT platform for implementation of ERP system inside our company and companies of our Customers. "Commercial Fleet of Donbass" was the biggest Ukrainian shipping company, owner of 33 steam-vessels. I was invited by the company’s owners which had a problem - their Agency Department was unprofitable. The owners entrusted me with the task to make this business not unprofitable. To slove the problem I had to perform great organizational and commercial work. My work was divided into three directions. 2.1. HR. I talked with old employees in order to see those, who really wanted to continue active work, and who would prefer to quit the company. Eventually I left 3 persons interested in further cooperation. Also I had to optimize the unreasonably large car park. 2.2. Acquisition of income from agency activity. I met with representatives of cargo owners, whose cargoes were transported by the CFD’s vessels. Of course, the cargoowners being the Charterers for CFD, at first rejected my proposals on cooperation. However, as a result of lengthy and sometimes intense talks, the contracts were concluded on appointment of CFD as an agent for transportation of chartered cargoes by CFD vessels or sub-agency, if a Charterers had his own agent in the port of Mariupol. 2.3. Creation and development of freight forwarding activity. When communicating with the cargo owners, I managed to engage stream of Frozen poultry from U.S.A. for forwarding by CFD. The task was complicated by the fact that transshipment was done at the terminal, which had never handled such cargo before. I had to engage specialists working with such kind of cargo and eventually secure the cargo owners for CFD. Finally, I solved the set task and the agency and freight forwarding department became to bring substantial profit. Show less

The AZSCO’s lines in the sea serviced the ports of the USA and Mediterranean Sea (Ukraine, Italy, Spain, Israel, Lebanon, Egypt and Turkey).
