      FAN MODELING AND ANALSYS | NIDEC | APRIL 2020 – PRESENT DAYS • Developed a semi-analytical model, using the aerodynamic simulation code xFoil and the Python language, for rapid simulation, sensitivity analysis and multi-variable optimization of axial fans. Worked with commercial CFD packages (STAR-CCM+) for a more detailed analysis of the flow behavior. Carried out experimental tests using a wind tunnel and a dynamometer to evaluate fan flow and torque curves. BUS REFRIGERATION SYSTEM | VMG AIRES | AUGUST 2019 – DECEMBER 2020 • Acted on instrumentation and data process of experimental tests of bus condenser and evaporator units. The tests are carried with the use of aerodynamic tunnel and anemometers of hot wire to measure the distribution of flow on the system. AERONAUTICAL REFRIGERATION SYSTEM | EMBRAER | JUNE 2018 – DECEMBER 2020 • Aerodynamic Front - acted in the characterization and fluid dynamic optimization of a condenser unit. Performing: experimental tests in aerodynamic wind tunnel; CFD simulation using the STAR-CCM+ software; and writing of a semi-empirical tailor-made code on the EES software of the fluid dynamic behavior of the system. • Thermo-fluid dynamic Front - assisted in the construction and validation of two thermo-fluid dynamic wind tunnels, working in the manufacture, instrumentation and data processing using the Python language. Elaborated a steady state simulation model, using the EES software, of the refrigeration system with geometric details of the heat exchangers, with which carried out a study to optimize the exchangers and exchange the compressor.
