Kyla has been a great support for each of the Area Directors under her Division D, by appreciating the strengths and skills we each brought to the table. She gave us as much opportunity as we wanted to "spread out wings" quite often allowing us the opportunity when she needed it for herself. She encouraged us to collaborate and support each other by setting a great example herself. She was always there to help other Division leaders. Kyla respected our time and was very responsive. Kyla encouraged us to work hard, but that we had fun also. She worked hard to find us opportunities outside of our Division so that we could accomplish goals.
