  As a swimming instructor I started to develop a senes for stress and multitasking. I was an instructor for four to eleven year olds in a deep swimming pool. After working there for a time a got the responsibility for a section of other instructor. Here I needed a holistic view over all the children and instructors, to be able to ensure that they meet the required demands of their classes.
