When I first started at Jenkins I had to take every one of Dan's Internet classes. What an amazing resource that was! I learned a lot from Dan regarding searching the Internet and web research and still consult with him when I have difficulty finding just the right resource for my needs. Dan is a great instructor and research librarian and I'm glad I got to work with him for so many years.

Commented on technology news and answered callers’ questions. Michael appreciated my ability to explain complicated technology issues in terms that non-techies could understand. Also fact-checked content cited in Mr. Smerconish’s book, Murdered By Mumia (acknowledgement on page 304). Commented on technology news and answered callers’ questions.
