NGU went through a reorganization of the faculty to help align the online programs with the on campus Undergraduate programs - so my role changed from Dean in the CAPS school to Program Coordinator under the Department of Interdisciplinary and General Studies within the new School of Humanities and Sciences. My role remains the same, just working with new colleagues within a new school. My eLearning position remains the same in assisting to train faculty in Blacbkoard and online teaching best methods.
