Shawn is definitely in the top 20% of the engineers I have ever worked over the past 20+ years. He knows how to get things done with software. The C# software he developed with me was high quality and complete, including unit tests and integration tests. He knows how to do analysis of processes and workflows, and uses Visio to document them.
