I have been working with Michael in his role as director of sales for the Madison Concourse, hosting regional conferences for UW Oshkosh, for the past five years. He is a true professional in every sense of the word. Michael is detail-oriented to a fault, and he consistently demonstrates good working relationships with his clients and staff. I’ve never seen him ask a team member to undertake a job he is not willing to pitch in on himself, to provide a high-quality experience. He checks in on his customers regularly to ensure their satisfaction and the smooth operation of events. Michael is always available for a friendly call to brainstorm solutions, and he is quick to address questions and concerns. He is a leader who works hard and cares about his business partners on both a personal and professional level. When I came into this role, the conferences we were hosting were struggling. Michael’s desire to help us succeed has clearly contributed to their sustained growth.

Over the past 5 years I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with Michael on professional and personal projects. He is knowledgeable, professional, and creative. Michael and his team’s commitment to customer services sets a gold standard and they continuously exceed expectations. His ability to build relationships and partnership contributes to his success. He is well connected and can help you achieve your event goals. It is always a pleasure to work with him .
