Tyler's copy-editing abilities are truly top-notch - I'm pretty sure he can spot typos before you have actually written them. He has that talent of taking a paragraph of dry and repetitive text and turing it into something with flavor and an actual marketing punch - a skill that amazed me every time I saw it in action. In addition, over the time I've known him, he has continually expanded his abilities across a broad spectrum of topics, from marketing to programming. You will rarely find him without a current self-improvement goal - be it reading an industry-expert book or meeting a personal writing target. His positive attitude no matter the situation was a great asset as well, and that came across both in person and in his writing. You could always count on Tyler to introduce a bit of levity right when the situation needed it.

Tyler was extremely enthusiastic about improving customer outreach, and did a great job in helping craft EB's outreach to our users. His positive attitude was a great asset, both in how he communicated with customers and in how he raised the spirits of everyone at the company. ( As someone who tends to butcher the flow of a sentence, I'll also sorely miss his on-point copy edit skills. )

I was in charge of graphic design for advertisements, shooting and editing all product photography, and writing and optimizing product descriptions for both users and search engines. I was also in charge of Zesco's YouTube channel, blog content, and many other aspects of content creation designed to boost traffic to the site. Working at Zesco allowed me to exercise my love of writing, and develop a keen interest in SEO, content strategy, and writing conversion-focused copy. My duties included color correcting, cropping, resizing, and editing photos for newspapers across the country. The RTC was a deadline-driven job, and I consistently performed above and beyond expected hourly output, using my extra time to coach newer members of the team, assist others with their own workloads, and implement ideas for improving workflow. I developed a love for experimentation and optimization while working at the RTC - skills that would come in handy in future jobs.
