Mariana Faro

Mariana has a set of technical and interpersonal skills that are certainly welcome in any organization. I must say that one of her greatest skills is the ability to manage projects and people both kindly and diligently. We work together on different projects, collaborating in person and remotely on social and environment proposal development, event planning and private sector engagement. In leadership positions, Mariana stands out for being able to stimulate cooperation with confidence and inspire through her commitment to deliver on all projects. As a manager she has great awareness for others and creates a safe space for exchanges that make it possible to take risks, co-create and achieve success together.
