I probobly have too little space to say all the good things there are to say about Bev. She is professional, helpful, and knows the culinary industry backwards and forwards. Bev was a great sounding board for ideas both culinary and management related. That being said, what I like most about Bev is that she is real and honest. I never had to try to figure out what she meant when I asked for her opinion. I really hope to get to work with Bev again someday.
