I knew that I was going to hire Valerie from the very first interview...she is bright, outgoing, friendly, and self-directed. Whenever I gave Valerie a task or project, I always had complete confidence that it would be done on time and correctly. She quickly established herself as an integral part of the team, and it wasn't long before she moved up the ranks. Although I initially hired her as my assistant, it wasn't long before I promoted her to Recruiting Specialist, where she would represent the company at career fairs and events. Valerie is a superstar, and if I had the chance to work with her again, I'd do so without question!
