I had the pleasure of being selected under Dr. Peagram's oversight for free coaching and was paired with Elaine. I had the most insightful journey working with her during a very difficult time. Her approach was holistic, direct and yet sensitive in her coaching and leadership delivery style. She was always prepared, mindful, present, and respectful. Her holistic coaching approach is about you as the sum of all parts recognizing that when and where the parts may interact congruently or contradictory, personally and professionally. The "space" with her always felt psychology safe. The skills I learned will stay with me always.
