Nikki was the kind of PM a producer dreams of. Steady, calm, supportive, on point, we could not have done some of our most important storytelling of the last year without her leadership and guidance. Nikki brings so much confidence and stability to the team of any project she's managing mostly just by her demeanor and steadfast organization and helpful attitude. She's awesome, can't wait to collaborate with her again.

Nikki was instrumental in establishing production workflows and approval process across the various teams (creative, operations, financial), and her expertise has made such an impact on our production unit. She's self-motivated, energetic, and determined to have our productions work efficiently and nimble as much as possible. No problem is too big for her to tackle. She's a season professional with a positive attitude and always willing to help/offer advice. I recommend her in a heartbeat!
