I was hired in this position to cover a short term disability leave during a period of enormous change for the department. During my time in this role I had the great opportunity of implementing several new processes to help streamline new initiatives. I worked with the Rights and Clearance team to conduct training, phase in a more streamlined alert system, and put a review and feedback procedure in place. I initiated, generated, and administered the first budget tracking tool utilized by the Digital Media team. This enable better tracking on spending and actualizing the final costs with the Finance Department. I also worked on immersive programming.
