  Oversaw the IT and Technical Production Operations for the Scripps College of Communication.- Managed, hired, trained full-time, part-time, and student staff to oversee- Oversaw the management of 200+ faculty/staff computers and 200 computer lab machines across the college in addition to a number of specialized video and audio studios and suites- Managed operational budget for multiple schools ($40,000 to $100,000 each) in the college and oversaw the software purchasing budget of approximately $120,000.- Managed the IT/Media budget for the Schoonover Center remodel of approximately $800,000- Coordinate the movement of 200 faculty/staff computers and 150 lab machines over the course of a multi-phase building project, in addition to the network configuration changes needed for dozens of printers and speciality network devices.
