Bio
Mike Madden
Ian and I worked on the campaign design team for years and more recently I have seen him excel on the multiplayer design team. I've always been impressed by Ian's excellent design knowledge and positive attitude. Ian would be a benefit to any team that is looking for designers with a strong knowledge of the design process and keen attention to detail.

Ian is a student who not only comes to the program with the stellar creative and technical chops necessary to thrive, but also a sense of community and passion for collaboration that allows him to integrate the contributions of others for superior final products. He is the first to volunteer for any duties we ask of our teams, be it demonstrating work to guests at all hours, or even packing it up and hauling it to an offsite location to share digital experiences with partners and the community. He is truly interested in doing top quality work, and will playtest and redesign over and over until his projects are the best they can possibly be, and his time management skills allow for that window of crucial examination and re-iteration to take place. He is articulate and passionate, which makes him a top choice whenever we are asked by member of the press or elsewhere for spokes-students, and unselfishly contributes his own ideas, time, and even personal equipment! for the success of his team and peers. It's especially fun to ask Ian for some ridiculously random demo of his work or time, and he is just happy to help, He never asks why. From prison guards to toddlers, local and foreign press, he is always eager to represent!
