Previously present at farmer's markets in the Silicon Valley (Los Gatos, Los Altos, Palo Alto, Sunnyvale), "Les Crêpes d"Antoine" was a private party and high end corporate catering business founded in the Bay Area. The business received best catering award in 2001. We worked with festivals (Monterey Jazz, Strawberry Music Festival), fairs and several ski resorts (Mammoth Lakes and Squaw Valley). We also designed and developed crepe carts at the ski resorts. In addition, we provided catering to several campuses including Stanford University. Consulted with food truck owners.
