Bhd.• Assisted in the development of in-house former formulation study from lab scale to pilot run• Managed the implementation of in-house former formulation and monitored its quality performance.• Delivered a realize cost saving by reducing the cost of raw materials. 3) Troubleshoot former quality issues and managed to deliver RM 27k of cost saving to the respective factory.

Managed time and resources wisely to make sure the project ran successfully.• Assisted my supervisor in conducting testing on hand former and gloves using Thermal Shock test, Water Absorption test, Wettability test, Corrosion test, SEM, UTM and Particle Size Analyzer.• Conceived perfect training of laboratory measurements and exposed to the laboratories and production lines in several different factories.
