During my time working with OIM Argentina and under the supervision of the Project Development Coordinator and Assistant, I supported the monitoring and identification of calls for financing projects; contributed to the analysis of financing opportunities and the formulation of project proposals, and assisted in the development of work plans and formulation of initiatives that contribute to improving the tasks that the Project Development Unit carries out. I laid the foundation for the development of a relationship strategy with the private sector and the construction of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for project design in the National Office. I delivered interventions in writing concept notes, assisting in the search for bibliographical references, and facilitating the construction of logical frameworks for project proposals with different donors. I was working on the implementation of a Migration Governance Project, carrying out the first stages of coordination under the supervision of the area coordinator, one of the tasks I performed was the development of TOR for the realization of a web page and learning platform for government authorities. I worked and participated in meetings with different local authorities on different topics addressed by IOM interests in the country, I carried out information-gathering tools to support the monitoring and evaluation unit, as well as prepared a base document on the systematization of experiences of what was a project of relocation of Venezuelan doctors in the territory to address the COVID-19 pandemic. I also documented with the Operations Coordinator and Emergency Specialist in the compilation of information of people assisted by the implementing partners on the border of Chaco in Argentina for the displaced population to strengthen the actions to this IDPs in Argentina and to proceed with relief aid to them. During the time I was a volunteer in Alboan in the area of international cooperation projects, I conducted a review of the minimum protection standards that should have the counterparts in the target countries that implement projects funded by the organization. With this, I was able to identify which ones should improve their child protection practices or which ones had a minimum of these standards in their organization and thus be able to provide tools to improve their practices.
