In this role I transformed the channel sales function for SD-WAN, cybersecurity, VoIP, IT managed services, and IT equipment through the Konica Minolta Dealer Network in the Midwest Region. I was a catalyst that unified sales, marketing, and channel strategy to implement a multi-pronged approach across the seven-state region to rapidly expand pipeline with 30 active dealer partners. I was proactive in training partner sales teams to ensure proper positioning of products and to guarantee impeccable customer implementations with post-sales support. Here are a few noteworthy achievements: • Motivated the dealer network to generate $8M in FY2018 revenue translated as a monthly recurring revenue increase of 33%. This represented 66% of the overall company channel revenue in FY2018. • Created a new dealer relationship Minneapolis in the network with no revenue, hiring sales professionals, and growing the partner to generate $600K in FY2018 revenue. • Secured a major dealer in Illinois closing a $2.8M purchase order to start the relationship and a $6M+ total in FY2018 from the new dealer. • Boosted IT equipment channel sales by 400% by promoting a new procurement buying program that expedited partner order delivery.
