I am in charge of the employee lifecycle.Attraction and Recruitment: • I recruit both passive and active candidates on behalf of the UK public sector clients such as HMRC, Cabinet Office, Office for National Statistics, Home Office, MoJ, MoD, Ordnance Survey, all the government departments including DWP, BEIS, DfE, DfT, DEFRA, DIT and NHS. • I lead the IT/Digital Team being specialized in ICT profiles and having deep understanding of the IT and Digital requirements and of the current market. I recruit Software Engineers, Data Scientists, ML and AI SME, Data Engineers, Data Analyst, Solution and Enterprise Architects, DevOps Engineers, Cyber Security Specialists, Testers, IT Project / Program Managers and Digital directors. • I work on multiple vacancies demonstrating excellent time organization skills and managing tight deadlines and last-minute changes. I am proficient in using Boolean search and X-Ray search.HR Administrative Support:• I maintain relationships with several clients, having become their main point of contact after being able to earn their trust through quality-based service and clear and prompt communication.• I maintain up to date company database and I create documents and reports using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other tools.• I answer and manage routine employee relations queries and issues, acting as point of contact between hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.• I provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures, sourcing techniques, employment law and internal improvements including IR35, VISA status, UK clearances, and payment queries.• I improve internal procedures and policies.• I use initiative and experience of best practice to suggest continuous improvement interventions and solve issues, supporting the business in delivering its commercial objectives.
