  MEDIK8 continues to grow as a brand based on its solid foundations and vision, including the ‘Demystifying anti-ageing skincare through the CSA Philosophy’, ‘Beautiful Skin for Life’ and the promise of ‘Skincare you love, trust and believe in’. My part is to work closely with the Board of Directors, the CEO and other senior leaders to work out where MEDIK8 goes next. ➢ Secured first significant investment into the business from Inflexion, a leading mid-market PE firm. Supported due diligence process, including outlining culture and strategic vision, with 100% of MEDIK8 senior leadership retained. ➢ Developed, disseminated, and monitored the performance of the Long Term Company Strategic Plan that underpinned global growth and expansion. ➢ Reinforced MEDIK8’s commitment to innovation and to increasing stakeholders' investment, taking the brand to the next level. ➢ Building the Governance department to the highest standards, leading Finance, Tech and Data, Legal and Quality functions.
