Directed buildout of new facility and planned/executed physical move and downtimes/ failovers to deliver project in 9 months meeting tight timeframe within budget; consolidation saves $1M annually. • SERVER VIRTUALIZATION: Supervised installation/configuration of VMware Vsphere & IBM 3950 virtualization technologies. Upgraded to VMware Vsphere, implemented VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM), and migrated 200 physical servers. • DISASTER RECOVERY PLAN: Redeveloped/wrote corporate DR plan due to consolidation of datacenters.
