I've had the pleasure of taking part in Morit's Behavioral Interview workshop and attending many of Morit's webinars since. Morit is excellent in identifying the "hot topics" that most interest her clientele at the time, and creating instructional content to convey all the knowledge she, and partners she works with, have on the matter. In her webinars she brings different studies, polls and experts. The information and tips she provides are not only theoretical but very practical, and I usually can't wait to implement what she has taught. Thanks to Morit's webinars I never stop learning and feel that I am developing a professional expertise, one session at a time. Morit's willingness to help others and share her vast knowledge on everything related to recruitment is commendable and I hope she never stops!
