Not only was Grace a supportive Account Manager on several of my Trada campaigns, she was also the Community Manager who fielded the difficult questions from us optimizers via team Google Hangouts and guided us in the use of Trada's evolving bespoke tools. She has been an advocate for the community representing them in the product development process and training them on new product changes.
