Not only was Grace a supportive Account Manager on several of my Trada campaigns, she was also the Community Manager who fielded the difficult questions from us optimizers via team Google Hangouts and guided us in the use of Trada's evolving bespoke tools. Grace joined the Account Management team at Trada in March of 2013 bringing with her a strong knowledge of Google Adwords and Google Analytics as well as great people skills. Over the past 2+ years Grace has been a leader on the team managing some of the largest and most demanding clients. Grace has applied her PPC knowledge to deliver success for clients but also in helping them to understand their results and how their marketing programs are delivering positive ROI. Through exemplary communication and interpersonal skills Grace has consistently delivered team leading customer retention and upsells. Beyond her results in within her Account Management role Grace has taken on several initiatives that required personal motivation to learn new skills and was able to complete these initiatives autonomously. Grace has been an invaluable contributor to creating and maintaining Trada’s expert community. She facilitates monthly webinars and community conference calls. She has been an advocate for the community representing them in the product development process and training them on new product changes.
