This meant a step forward in my career, having the responsibility for the implementation of the BIM environment and methodology in the Structures Department on their, still, small office in Oxford, but framed in huge company, greater than my previous one. A remarkable milestone was the change from being mentored to having a person under my wings I developed my tasks like coordination and supervision of the graphical documentation at the same time to the taks of drafting on 2D (Autocad) and 3D modelling (Revit). To make aware all my colleagues about the BIM methodology was a hard job which it meant a challange for me.
