Job Objectives: * To design and develop graphic and multimedia material for customer training courses that support company technical products. * To support the project team all the way to completion and even after. * To maintain and enhance related documentation system. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in estimating the duration and effort needed for various projects. * Works on brainstorming and mocking up design ideas. * Creates interactive and graphical designs. * Adjusts designs to fit clients requirements. * Provides multimedia support for the e-Learning development team & internal clients. * Conducts research & creates prototypes of related graphic design elements. * Conceptualizes, designs, and produces graphics demonstrating complex technical constructs and concepts. * Creates interactive or animated graphics and videos using a variety of tools, including the Adobe Creative Suite, such as Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, and simulation tools, including Captivate. * Creates promotional designs and videos when required. * Organizes, motivates and leads team members, and provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. * Conducts appraisals review with team members to build more effective communications, to understand training & development needs, and to provide insight for improvement and activity performance. * Assists the HR dept. to recruit, test, and hire quality people based on criteria agreed upon by senior management; * Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up. * Assists in new employee orientation.
