I worked as part of the BrainLinks-BrainTools Excellence Cluster developing and applying machine learning techniques for Biomedical Applications. My research focused on the analysis and development of optimal exploration strategies for online learning and reward maximization. I proposed a new technique for the automatic and online selection of channels in highly integrated neural Microprobes which outperformed previous approaches when dealing with changing environments.
