I had the pleasure of working with Sujeyn as my direct report while we supported the Virtual Behavioral Health Program for the U.S. Army. She has a great leadership style that fosters an environment that compels those around her to be self-starting and accountable in their duties. This helped many in our program to really develop their skills to deliver quality support for the various Behavioral Health Departments throughout the U.S. Army which greatly benefitted the Soldiers being treated. Sujeyn was very knowledgeable with the technical aspects of our mission to ensure that our Video Telecommunication equipment continued to work when connecting our patients with providers remotely. On several occasions her advice was crucial to correcting outages that occurred. Sujeyn’s problem solving ability and her ability to lead would be a great asset to any company looking to future proof their business model and help them achieve whatever goal they plan to do. An immediate hire is the best plan of action.

As Sujeyn's manager, I was very impressed by her dedication, knowledge and team-oriented commitment. She is a definate asset to any organization and I highly recommend her.
