I hired James into IMAX Corporation based my belief he had the raw talent to shape into a powerhouse employee for me. Within the first week of work he showed me his abilities to learn and perform the job functions beyond my expectations. He was hungry to learn and take on more and was comfortable learning independently. Shortly after I hired James our business strategy changed and the launch of the product was delayed necessitating a group lay off of which James was one of.
