I met Lori while we were both consultants at a Fortune 500 company in Seattle. Right away, I was impressed with her professionalism, her approachable demeanor, and her willingness to offer support. I had the pleasure of working with Lori on a User Experience (UX) project that was pulled together very quickly. Without missing a beat, Lori was able to create questions and interview stakeholders within days of being asked. She asked thoughtful questions of the stakeholders as well as our team who asked for her support on this fast-moving project. Within a very short time following the interviews, she had user personas developed and was able to share her insights. This helped inform our project and move it forward in a way we absolutely could not have done without her expertise.
