In his role as Lead Operator at Pfingsten Partners (our private equity majority owner), I have worked closely with Chris for more than three years. He has great an ability to both see the broad issues and dive into the details, when needed. He has been helpful with strategic vision, operational improvement and deep analysis. I have interacted with Chris in both my COO role and CEO role and his help and insights have been helpful to me in both roles. Though he has helped with many projects, I would highlight two as an example. Chris was instrumental, with both guidance, insight and analysis, in our selection of a new ERP system (Netsuite).
