  Trilogy is the parent company and owner of international wireless operators in countries such as Bolivia, Dominican Republic, New Zealand and Haiti with almost 5M subscribers, over 2000 employees. As VP of Engineering and Operations I had technical operations accountability across Trilogys Caribbean and Latin American wireless businesses.   My role included, M&A Due Diligence, Operations and Deployment of Clearwire Broadband Wireless Internet networks in Poland, Romania, Ireland, Slovakia, Belgium and Germany based in Vienna, Austria. I was responsible for creating the Polish Engineering Organisation and to hire and manage local staff, to design, procur, deploy and manage the ground up network. In parallel as Director or Program Management was responsible to introduce best practise project management, reporting, communications and tracking practises to all of the Clearwire International properties.
