I love working with Kimberly! I'm an early stage entrepreneur working to grow my communications strategy, platform and branding (as I grow and develop programs) and Kimberly has been an incredible resource in this process. First, she asks powerful questions and holds space that allows me to clarify my broader aims for each aspect of communication. Second, she is great at helping me prioritize what matters most so we can grow a viable approach to communications over time and in a way that doesn't overwhelm my limited capacity at this early stage. Further, she gives direct, helpful feedback, is always willing to role up her sleeves and do whatever is needed on a wide variety of projects, at the same time as she is always open to feedback and working with my perspective. I deeply appreciate her systemic/big picture perspective, flexibility as things constantly evolve and change, fun-loving and positive approach to this work, and love for what she does. It's easy & enjoyable to work together. And I find her contributions incredibly valuable.

What a force of nature. Kimberly is a joy to work with and a marvel to watch as a ‘boss’. I’ve seen her grow from being an intern to becoming a fully-fledged, independent, competent and authentic Communications Specialist. Very few people can achieve what Kimberly has achieved in a very short period of time: shifting career from HR to Comms, moving countries, working and studying, as well as volunteering for the causes she cares about. Of course, she has developed amazing PR and strategic communication skills, building on an innate talent for creative writing and strengthening her social media and media relations skills through hard work. But really, it’s her personality that brings all the value. She’s passionate, funny, hard-working, super-organized, self-reliant, proactive and emotionally clever. You’ll want her on your team.
