I had the pleasure of managing Lisa for her nearly seven years at Oracle Video Central. Lisa has an extraordinary ability to handle multiple layers of complexity involving a lot of numerical detail, as she deftly juggled complex purchase order numbers and amounts, navigated between disparate online systems, solved problems, reconciled budgets and balances, and acted as default customer service rep for all our producers and crew members. She's hard working, resourceful, smart, and has a sunny, upbeat personality that made her fun to work with every day, even through some emergencies and crises. Her in-depth knowledge of video production, crew rates and payment processes, video budgets, and the whole video environment, make her especially suited to take care of ops for a video production team. But I highly recommend her for any position supporting critical business operations within a corporate organization. Hire this woman!!
