I have had the pleasure of working with Michelle in various capacities for the past two years. She was brought in to provide services as an Event's Manager for the AdColor Awards, a one night event that supports the mission of Diversity & Inclusion in the Advertising industry. As an AdColor Steering Committee member and day of event volunteer, I have watched Michelle Newson who is Founder & CEO of Onederland Events manage and run a seamless event. I'm sure putting an event together with over 200+ attendees is no small task and Michelle has been invaluable to it's success. She is dedicated and supportive in promoting Diversity & Inclusion from both the workforce and industry standpoint. I have also worked with Michelle in the capacity where she has consulted our non-profit organization Indigo Read - on our business plans. Her expertise in the event planning and business models arena were invaluable for introducing our company to the community we serve. She goes above and beyond the call of duty, she is poised, professional and adds a great perspective to any conversation. Aside from just being a great representative of Onerderland Events and a colleague -- she is also a great person to learn from and someone that I greatly respect. She knows herself extremely well and is her own harshest critic, constantly pushing herself to improve, grow and learn. She brings a great amount of leadership, maturity, professionalism, and perspective to her work. I am happy to endorse her.
