At Reed, I transitioned from the private to public sector and at the same time moved my knowledge base from being mostly technology orientated to encompass a variety of public sector needs with an emphasis on the enforcement/justice sector. As such, account management and service delivery were an ever-present feature of my work as I combined managing client needs with building a team, capable of doing the same. This has resulted in former colleagues moving on to become Senior Business Managers at Reed and Talent Acquisition specialists for HMG.
