Arríelle was fun to work with. She led the effort to make our team agile using scrum. Arríelle always looked for ways to get the team engaged, motivated and challenged. To mention a few examples: Arrielle would always try to get the team together for quarterly face-to-face interactions and team building activities. She also challenged the team to practice test driven development and made use of the company’s rewards program to those members completing the challenge. Arrielle had a wider impact at the company also by leading an organizing events such as brown bag sessions and podcasts. I have no doubt that Arrielle will continue to led and have an impact on other teams and companies that work with her.

When I think of Arrielle, the first thing that comes to mind is that she gets it done, the agile way! I've had the pleasure of working with Arrielle in the same team NortonLifelock (Symantec) for about two years. We've collaborated on projects, bounced ideas off each other, and been each others support system for agile coaching. I have always admired Arrielle as she has led some of the most challenging programs to completion by coaching and guiding along the way. No matter the project, she always gets it done with her awesome, straight-to-the-point personality. Miss you already!

I had the pleasure of closely working with Arrielle on the Norton Core team. She is highly self driven and motivated and inspires those working with her to improve continuously and deliver their best. She is very well versed with Agile methodologies. She was able to effectively manage a large scrum team that I was a part of. A lot of our team members were remote and Arrielle figured out a way to have effective daily stand-ups, planning and retrospective meetings. Arrielle always kept an eye out for people who were not very interactive in meetings and encouraged them to speak up. She was not scared to experiment with new tools to improve our processes. She is great at taking ownership and delivering on things. She started a monthly Brownbag series for our organization and made sure that every month there was an informative session for all of us. Arielle has often personally approached me to understand my pain points and get my thoughts/opinions on what was and wasn't working well for the team which I really appreciated. Arrielle is a people person. She can connect with people almost instantly and effortlessly. She can reach out to anyone without hesitation which makes her very effective at her job. I highly recommend Arrielle. She would be a great asset to any team.
