I have worked with Daniel in the same Marketing Department for 2 years, and I was impressed by his Management skills on the Marketing projects he was in charge of. I remember the leading role he played during the Heritage Bread project in 2008. At this occasion, Daniel showed his strong ability to build a strategic plan, focusing on key issues, but also to implement it efficiently in a complex environment. The new range was launched successfully, and he really played a great part in this result.
