I highly recommend working with Alex Ristovic. He has gone above and beyond in order to make our transaction run smoothly and close the deal on time. I have worked with many other realtors in the past, all of which have been part time, and I have gotten that part time treatment. Part time treatment meaning, no communication during working hours (9-5), maybe only a few times to go to showings on the weekend because of their busy schedules.That was not the case with Alex. He Is on the ball 24/7 and being a fulltime realtor gives him that advantage. He was ready to go at any time to take us out to see houses and always just a phone call away. He is super efficient and tech savvy which made signing all the contracts and paperwork a breeze. Everything he does for the most part is electronic which is great because it's easy to reference later down the road. At all times Alex had kept us in his best interest, when he felt that we could get a better mortgage rate he stepped in and recommended a lender he works with and was able to save us extra money on our rate, which I was very satisfied with as well. Alex kept in contact with our Attorney and our Mortgage Lender throughout the entire transaction and held everything together. The house we ended up purchasing is about a half hour away from his office and he came up here to meet various realtors/appraisers/ inspectors without batting an eye. He is extremely professional and I admire the fact that when he is working for you he is dedicated and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. He worked a lot of long late hours to accommodate us so that things could be arranged/setup so we could take care of things after we got out of work or on weekends efficiently. Alex saw us through the process from start to finish and even came to our closing. I feel that we made a great choice in selecting him to represent us and find our home. I highly recommend him and will definitely do business with him again in the future. Thank You Alex!
