B. Mark (Dag) Brummett

Liz is an outstanding individual that has the aptitude and experience to take on any challenge. She has the ability to step into any situation and improve their performance (continuous improvement) or reach their objective (project management). She has a high level of emotional intelligence that allows her to resolve conflict and overcome obstacles quickly. During my time at Whirlpool, I witnessed this first-hand. During one particular project, the team dynamics were rapidly deteriorating. Liz proactively engaged the team at the right moment and fostered the right conversation to correct the team’s course.

Liz is one of the most hard working and intelligent people I've worked with. She learns quickly, follows through consistently, and is great to have as teammate. She performs well in a variety of environments including operations, project management, supply/demand planning, and continuous improvement (CI) (Lean / Six Sigma.) In a CI capacity, she uses the right blend of drive and understanding to coach teams into improving their work. I hope to work with Liz again in the near future.
