Mollie is DE HR adviseur! Ze challenged jou als manager op de verantwoordelijkheden die je hebt. Maar ook spreekt ze de medewerkers aan op wat ze van hun verwacht. Je weet precies wat je aan haar hebt doordat ze authentiek en altijd eerlijk is. Daarnaast maakt het haar niet uit of ze in de profit of non profit sector werkt, ze verwacht maximale inzet van management en medewerkers. Naast al deze mooie vaardigheden zorgt ze ook voor veel gezelligheid en luchtigheid. Kortom, een professional die niet mag ontbreken in je team!
