I had the pleasure to work with Jaime early in her career and she is someone I could not recommend more highly. Her positive energy is infectious, she has a natural way with people that allows for folks to be their truest. Being able to bring your full self to work is so important, but it's a daunting and scary at times- that said Jaime exceeds on this point which is critical when you think about people leadership. When a leader can be authentic and true, that gives the people they're leading the confidence and opportunity to do the same. It's be a few years since Jaime and I worked together directly- that said - I would recommend her in a heart beat to anyone who asked me. Do yourself a favor and hire her- you will be happy you did, and the impact she'll make on your company will make it a better one.
