When I started working with Brad I was the first SEO person hired at Footlocker/Eastbay.com. Most of the projects I was recommending were somewhat radical in terms of how things were traditional done at Eastbay. I was fresh out of college, and it was difficult to get my peers to buy into the projects. Brad stepped in and was willing to help me push the SEO tasks into the project queue. With Brad's help, we developed a new strategic marketing focus on SEO which lead to drastic improvements to the program. After my departure from Eastbay we continued to work on several other side projects. I would recommend Brad for many reasons but most importantly, his ability to deliver under pressure and adapt to changing environments sets him apart. It was a pleasure working with Brad, and hope that our paths cross again in the future.
