I played the role of mediator between the vendors and the offices of the Fair, assuring each other the opportunity to work with reliability and professionalism, allowing sellers to only deal with sales, managing firsthand every bureaucratic and technical aspect, solving and simplifying any language obstacle. Talking to the host family, going for shopping or seeing the last film can help you to learn new expressions and to improve the language every day. Il ruolo di ragazza alla pari offre la possibilità di immergerti completamente nella lingua del Paese scelto come destinazione, visto che sarà la lingua madre della famiglia ospitante. È evidente che un'esperienza di vita reale è più importante di qualsiasi esperienza in aula. Parlare con la famiglia ospitante, andare a fare le spese o vedere l'ultimo film uscito al cinema permette d'imparare nuove espressioni e di migliorare la lingua ogni giorno. Show less



• The University of the Third Age, recognized by the Regions, has the aim to promote and spread the culture among the citizens; promote the integration of the elderly in social and cultural life of the city in which they live. To achieve these goals each year they organize new courses and promote studies, research and cultural initiatives that are also valuable opportunities for learning and leisure. The University of the Third Age use a teaching staff made up of teachers, college professors and professionals. My role was to bring citizens closer to the English language, providing them with material to learn the basics of grammar, spelling and vocabulary of the language Le Università della terza età, riconosciute dalle Regioni, hanno come finalità quella di promuovere e diffondere la cultura fra i cittadini; favorire l’inserimento degli anziani nella vita sociale e culturale della città in cui vivono. Per raggiungere questi scopi ogni anno organizzano nuovi corsi e promuovono studi, ricerche e iniziative culturali che sono anche preziose occasioni di apprendimento e svago. Le Università della terza età si avvalgono di un corpo insegnante costituito da docenti, professori di scuola media e professionisti. Il mio ruolo era quello di avvicinare i cittadini alla lingua inglese, fornendo loro materiale per apprendere le basi grammaticali, ortografiche e lessicali della lingua. Show less
