Our firm has worked with every creative recruiting company in the tri-state area over the past decade. Time and again, Roz Goldfarb has been the company to find the most fitting candidate. We are a boutique package design firm who have fairly specific and therefore hard to find needs. There are many candidates who work in the graphic design industry but finding applicable packaging backgrounds has proven more difficult. Roz has an uncanny ability to sniff out the candidate who has 24 out of 25 attributes we tend to overwhelm recruiters with when we are hiring. Roz is never daunted and uses her extensive network to source out candidates who don't waste our time or hers which translates into a more cost effective relationship as well. Over the years I've found that if I want a position filled quickly, Roz is my go to person. I would highly recommend Roz as a trusted, knowledgeable and highly effective source for finding the best talent.
