Dr. Joan Palmiter Bajorek
Leader. Executor. Communicator. Maddy joined Women in Voice (WiV) as our Director of Global Events in 2021. From the day she joined the team, she demonstrated her interlocking skills of artful strategy, communication, relationship building, and solid execution. She was my COO and Chief Events Officer for over a year. I saw tremendous growth in her as a leader, delegator, manager, and communicator. She helped the nonprofit grow 150-400% YoY and execute huge international events effectively. Her efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and ability to close deals shone.
