I have plenty of experience in coaching people in areas across the board both proactively and reactively including identifying and building on individuals coaching needs around AHT, knowledge gaps and general work morale.I also consistently stepped up, in the Team Leader’s absence, monitoring our SLA, organising our team ensuring everyone knows the plan for the day, categorising and delegating workload and giving feedback to people on the team in regards to their work.
